4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

By using FileDropr, you agree NOT to:

   • Hate speech, harassment, or defamatory material.
   • Malware, viruses, trojans, phishing, or other harmful software.
   • Stolen, fraudulent, or misleading information.

2. Violate any applicable laws, including:

   • Copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
   • Data protection, privacy, and consumer rights regulations.

3. Use FileDropr for malicious purposes, including:

   • Spamming, hacking, fraud, or unauthorized access.
   • Hosting or distributing pirated software, games, or music.
   • Running botnets, scrapers, or automated scripts to abuse the service.

4. Interfere with FileDropr’s operations, including:

   • Reverse-engineering, modifying, or disrupting the Service.
   • Overloading our servers with excessive file uploads or requests.

Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, or law enforcement notification.

5. File Storage, Retention, & Deletion

5.1 File Storage

• Users may upload files without an account, but storage limits differ based on plan type.
• File retention depends on the duration specified by the user.
• Premium users may access extended storage options.

5.2 File Deletion

• Deleted files are permanently removed from our servers.
• Temporary backups may retain deleted files for a limited period until automatically purged.
• Once deleted, files cannot be restored.

5.3 FileDropr’s Responsibility

• FileDropr is not responsible for any uploaded material.
• We do not monitor or review files unless required by law.
• Users assume full responsibility for their uploaded content.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

6.1 Ownership of Files

• Users retain full ownership of files uploaded to FileDropr.
• FileDropr does not claim copyright ownership of user content.

6.2 License Grant

• By uploading files, you grant FileDropr a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit your content for the sole purpose of providing the Service.
• This does not give FileDropr rights to sell, distribute, or modify your content.

6.3 Copyright Infringement

• FileDropr complies with the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
• Copyright holders may submit DMCA takedown requests via our reporting system.

7. Payment, Refunds & Subscription Plans

7.1 Payment Processing

• Payments for premium services are processed securely via PayPal and Stripe.
• FileDropr does not store payment details.

7.2 No Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

7.3 Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

• Users may upgrade or downgrade between free and paid plans.
• If a plan is downgraded, storage limits will be adjusted accordingly.
